Persistent severe abdominal pain
Severe vomiting

Hypoglycemia when combined with insulin or sulfonylureas
Do not use MEPTIDE if you have any of the following
Hypersensitivity to Tirzepatide or any component of the formulation
Personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC)
Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome Type 2 (MEN2)
Use cautiously in patients with the following
Pancreatitis — use caution in patients with a history of pancreatitis.
Severe gastrointestinal disease — monitor closely.
Diabetic retinopathy — monitor for changes.
Renal impairment — monitor hydration status.
Gallbladder disease — use with caution.
Hypoglycemia when combined with insulin or sulfonylureas — dose adjustment may be required.

Renal Impairment
No routine dose adjustment is generally required; monitor hydration status.

Pregnancy, overdose & storage
Pregnancy & Lactation
- There are insufficient human data regarding use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- MEPTIDE should be used only if the potential benefit outweighs potential risk.
- Women planning pregnancy should discuss treatment options with their healthcare provider.
Overdosage
Symptoms may include severe nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal discomfort, and hypoglycemia (particularly with concomitant insulin or sulfonylureas). Management is supportive and symptomatic.
